If you wish to travel from Michigan Ave. in Chicago to the Eiffel Tower in Paris there are roadmaps, air navigational charts, and the like carefully providing the necessary guidance to your desired destination.
If you wish to travel along a particular human being’s personal mental and physical journey a book, a film, a painting or a piece of sculpture may provide the necessary guidance.
My “fabrications” may provide the curious individual a particular sort of “roadmap” illustrating the careful distillation of intentional selection and fusion of seemingly disparate items. I use this work as a way of providing myself guidance, spirit, consilience and something to do with my hands.
